Outbound Verification & Application Analyst

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to verify applicant-provided references, including employment, rental history, and other supporting information
• Evaluate and process incoming background screening applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify inconsistencies, red flags, and potential fraud indicators within applications and supporting documentation
• Navigate multiple online platforms and systems simultaneously to complete verifications and documentation
• Maintain thorough and compliant records of all verification activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate report delivery

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in collections, call centers, or investigative roles
• Familiarity with compliance-driven environments (FCRA knowledge is a plus)
