Job description
We are seeking an experienced UKG WFM Solution Architect / Lead to support a large-scale healthcare workforce management transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions or Workforce Central), Workday HCM/Payroll integrations, and a strong background in the Healthcare industry.
This role will lead the architecture, design, integration, and optimization of UKG Workforce Management solutions while collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing workforce management solutions., · Lead enterprise architecture and long-term strategy for UKG Workforce Management.
· Design and implement end-to-end solutions across Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling.
· Architect and oversee integrations between UKG WFM and Workday HCM/Payroll.
· Design and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces for employee, payroll, job, cost center, and absence data.
· Configure complex workforce management rules and labor policies.
· Translate business requirements into scalable configurations, integrations, and workflows.
· Provide technical leadership to analysts, developers, and implementation partners.
· Establish governance, documentation standards, and architecture best practices.
· Evaluate UKG and Workday releases and recommend implementation strategies.
· Lead system testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), reporting, and analytics initiatives.
Requirements
· 7+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions or Workforce Central)
· Strong experience integrating UKG WFM with Workday HCM/Payroll
· Healthcare industry experience (Required)
· Experience with Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling modules
· Expertise with UKG Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), APIs, and middleware technologies
· Experience configuring pay rules, work rules, overtime rules, accruals, rounding rules, and scheduling frameworks
· Strong solution architecture, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills
· Excellent communication and documentation skills, · Experience supporting healthcare workforce operations and staffing models
· Knowledge of labor compliance, scheduling best practices, and workforce optimization
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to lead enterprise-wide workforce management transformation initiative
