Senior UKG WFM Consultant - Workday - Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Solution Architect / Lead to support a large-scale workforce management transformation for a healthcare client. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating UKG WFM with Workday HCM., * Serve as the Solution Architect for the UKG Workforce Management platform.

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for UKG WFM implementations.
• Design and oversee integrations between UKG WFM and Workday HCM/Payroll.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and configurations.
• Configure and optimize:
• Timekeeping
• Scheduling
• Advanced Scheduling
• Pay Rules
• Work Rules
• Overtime Rules
• Accruals
• Design scheduling frameworks, rotations, shift templates, and coverage rules.
• Architect advanced scheduling capabilities including labor modeling and demand forecasting.
• Lead Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interface development and system integrations.
• Build and maintain APIs, middleware interfaces, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Lead system testing, regression testing, UAT, and production readiness activities.
• Provide technical leadership to implementation teams, analysts, and developers.
• Partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, documentation, and best practices.
• Evaluate new UKG and Workday releases and recommend adoption strategies.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central, strong Workday integration experience, and prior experience delivering workforce management solutions within the healthcare industry., * 7+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions or Workforce Central).

• Strong experience integrating UKG WFM with Workday HCM/Payroll.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Consultant.
• Strong expertise in:
• Timekeeping
• Scheduling
• Advanced Scheduling
• Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
• Integration Architecture
• Experience configuring complex workforce management rules including pay rules, work rules, overtime, rounding, and accruals.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, and enterprise system integrations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience (Hospitals, Health Systems, Medical Centers, Healthcare Consulting).
• Experience supporting large enterprise workforce management implementations.
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing models, labor regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and analytics within UKG.
• Experience leading multiple workstreams in fast-paced implementation projects., * UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions or Workforce Central)
