IT Manager

Chesaco RV is seeking an IT Manager to join our team at our corporate office in Cockeysville, MD! The IT Manager is responsible for maintaining the RV dealership’s technology infrastructure and ptoviding responsive technical support to all employees. This is a hands-on position requiring direct technical support and ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency.

IT Manager Responsibilities

• Set up new employee workstations, Outlook/user accounts, and equipment
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming issues related to computer systems and software
• Trobleshoot software, network, printer, phone, and connectivity issues
• Maintain user accounts and passwords
• Administer Microsoft 365, email services, file sharing, and user accounts
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers
• Respond to requests for technical support in a timely and professional manner
• Manage and maintain the network, internet connectivity
• Maintain inventory of all IT hardware, software licenses, and technology assets

• 1-3 years of IT support experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, networking
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset, * Experience supporting automotive, RV, or retail dealership environments
