Associate Technician, Technical Services

We are looking for an Associate Technician - Technical Services to join a growing technical team responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing medical devices. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on technical repair experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a passion for troubleshooting.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, test, and repair hardware and software issues on returned medical devices.
• Diagnose equipment failures using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
• Perform functional testing and verify repairs meet quality standards.
• Document repair activities and technical findings accurately.
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures.
• Support product maintenance, upgrades, and technical service operations.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time goals.
• Work closely with team members to resolve technical issues.

Required

• 1-2 years of technical education or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with equipment repair, troubleshooting, or technical assembly.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite.

Preferred

• Medical device, electronics repair, manufacturing, or production experience.
• Quality inspection experience.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment (digital multimeters, flow meters, manometers, oscilloscopes).
• Knowledge of ESD safety practices.
