SAP S/4HANA Techno-Functional Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Techno-Functional Project Manager to support a client engagement. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of overall SAP experience with strong techno-functional expertise, hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments, and excellent project and people management capabilities.

The candidate will serve as a key onsite point of contact, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, functional consultants, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of SAP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP S/4HANA projects and initiatives from an onsite delivery perspective.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project leadership.
• Manage cross-functional SAP teams and ensure effective collaboration across onsite and offshore resources.
• Drive project planning, execution, issue resolution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions by coordinating with functional and technical teams.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, integration, migration, or support activities.
• Manage project priorities, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate meetings with business and technical stakeholders and provide clear project status updates to leadership.
• Identify project risks and technical or functional challenges and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure SAP solutions and project deliverables align with business requirements and organizational objectives.

• 15-20 years of overall SAP experience.
• Strong experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong techno-functional SAP background with the ability to work effectively across business, functional, and technical teams.
• Proven experience in SAP project/program management or technical delivery leadership.
• Strong people management and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing onsite/offshore teams and coordinating across multiple SAP workstreams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the New York/New Jersey area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.
• Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs.
• Understanding of SAP integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and production support processes.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple business and technology stakeholders.

$90 - $100 an hour - Contract
