  • We believe that quality customer service is the cornerstone of our success., The Position: We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated software developer to join our development team. Responsibilities include developing web-based, desktop, cloud, and API applications using C#, Visual Basic .NET, and the .NET Framework. The applicant will meet regularly with company management and senior developers to discuss project specifications and their implementation. In turn, the applicant will develop components to that specification., The developer is responsible for full lifecycle development, including requirement analysis, coding, unit testing, and documentation. The developer must have a strong working knowledge of the Internet and good working experience with SQL and relational databases.

The developer works to understand business requirements and objectives and collaborates with the senior architect to outline technical solutions. The developer may work with a team or independently within a project domain and is responsible for delivering all functionality within an application module. A full-stack developer is required. Please note, the company is not able to provide STEM-OPT visa status.

Requirements

  • Comfortable acting as a full-stack developer
  • Solid experience with Microsoft .NET languages, including C# and Visual Basic .NET (mandatory)
  • Solid experience with .NET, .NET Framework, .NET MAUI, ASP.NET, and WinForms.
  • Solid knowledge of object-oriented concepts
  • Solid understanding of ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot existing program code to isolate and correct issues
  • Ability to work as part of a team with specific direction, or as an individual project lead with only high-level direction
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Understand the use of industry tools and technology, and how the implementation of these affects project goals
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create technical documentation for internal and external users that accurately describes the configuration of technology utilized to implement a development solution
  • Ability to meet deadlines and hold oneself accountable
