IT Deployment Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Deployment Technician to join our technology support team for a 2 month+ Windows 11 deployment project., * Proven experience in IT support roles with a strong understanding of computer networking, hardware support, and software troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in operating systems including Windows (Windows 10/11).
• Familiarity with Active Directory management for user account control and permissions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels of technical proficiency.
• Ability to perform equipment troubleshooting on desktops and laptops.
