Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Platform Performance Lead with 10+ years of Performance Testing/Engineering experience to lead performance strategy for cloud-native applications hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). This role requires hands-on expertise in performance testing, performance tuning, cloud observability, and leading a team of performance engineers., * 10+ years of Performance Testing/Performance Engineering experience

Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and cloud performance optimization
Expertise with LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE), JMeter, or Gatling
Experience with performance testing of microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform observability tools, performance tuning, and database optimization (Cloud Spanner is a plus)
Experience leading a team of Performance Engineers and working with global onshore/offshore teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to stakeholders and leadership
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Healthcare or other high-volume enterprise application experience is preferred.
