IT Manager, Security and Microsoft Platforms

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to join our team. This permanent position will focus on Security and Microsoft Platforms within the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our IT security infrastructure and Microsoft platforms, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of all data in compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures., 1. Oversee and manage all IT security operations for the organization

1. Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information.
2. Manage Microsoft platforms including Intune, Entra ID, MS Dynamics, Office365, and Azure services.
3. Oversee Identity Access Management, ensuring that all employees have the appropriate access to systems, resources, and information.
4. Conduct regular security audits and prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness of the security policies in place.
5. Lead incident response, including steps to minimize the impact and then conducting a technical and forensic investigation into how the breach happened and the extent of the damage.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT security solutions are effectively integrated into their processes.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT security trends and news, ensuring that the company’s security systems are updated with the latest technology.
8. Provide training and guidance to team members and other employees on cybersecurity best practices.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in IT security management, identity management, and Microsoft cloud platforms.
3. Extensive experience with SIEM, SDWAN, Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, Fortinet, MS Dynamics, O365, Office365, identity, Identity Access management, Intune, Azure, and Defender.
4. Strong knowledge of IT security protocols, systems, and procedures.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest IT security trends and technologies.
10. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
