Information Technology Manager

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s information technology operations, ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of IT systems. This role is responsible for managing infrastructure, vendors, and projects while aligning technology initiatives with business goals. This role ensures high availability of plant systems, supports production and quality processes, and aligns technology initiatives with operational and business goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Proven experience in IT operations, systems administration, or IT management

Strong knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms

Experience managing IT projects and cross-functional teams

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Experience with ERP systems, SaaS platforms, and enterprise environments, * Bachelor’s (Preferred)
