Job description

We are hiring a Java Developer to design, develop, and support Java-based backend applications. This role involves working with Java, Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and Agile teams to build and maintain scalable applications. This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)., * Develop and maintain Java backend applications using Spring Boot.

  • Build and support REST APIs and database integrations.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and resolve bugs.
  • Work with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Participate in code reviews and Agile team meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support application enhancements.
  • Follow security and software development best practices.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of Java development experience.
  • Strong experience with Java 11/17 and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and Git.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with AWS, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, JMS, XML, or SOAP .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)., * Do you have experience with REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and Git?
  • Do you have strong experience with Java 11/17 and Spring Boot?
  • Do you have knowledge of SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)?
  • Do you have understanding of object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle (SDLC)?
  • Do you have experience with AWS, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, JMS, XML, or SOAP?
  • Do you have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field?
