Solutions Architect

· Demonstrate SmartConnect to prospects and partners, including both technical and business audiences.

· Run technical discovery conversations covering customer environments, integration requirements, and success criteria.

· Use AI to build estimates that turn customer requirements into scoped, deliverable projects.

· Evaluate estimates for correctness.

· Answer feasibility questions during the sales cycle.

· Create and maintain demonstration assets.

· Prepare reseller partners to position and demonstrate SmartConnect in their own sales conversations.

Training and Enablement

· Own the SmartConnect curriculum in the eOne LMS and keep it current as the product changes.

· Deliver SmartConnect bootcamps for partners and customers, usually one day split into two half-day sessions.

· Run webinars and remote enablement sessions for partners and customers.

· Build and maintain the demonstration environments used for training and enablement sessions., eOne Solutions builds business process automation and ERP integration software for the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. SmartConnect and Popdock help businesses move data between systems, automate workflows, and report on information across them. We’re a remote-first company, and the Solution Architect team is small, so you’ll work closely with product, sales, and services.

We need someone who already knows SmartConnect and has used it in real customer work. You should be able to demonstrate the product and answer questions about it within your first few weeks.

· At least three years in technical presales, solution architecture, ERP consulting, or similar work.

· Hands-on integration experience with Business Central or other cloud ERP systems.

· Working knowledge of REST APIs.

· The ability to explain complicated integrations clearly, in writing and in conversation.

· Experience developing training content and curriculum of your own.

· Comfort with adopting new tools before they’re fully mature, since AI is becoming part of the eOne product line and our daily work.
