• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within metals, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of metallurgy, electronics, sensors, PLCs, HMI systems, hydraulics, or systems integration is highly desirable.
• Experience with vacuum equipment or similar industrial technologies is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Eligible to work with export-controlled products, processes, and information.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally.
