Job description
We are seeking a senior Information Technology leader to oversee and unify IT operations across a multi-site hospitality and development organization. This role will be responsible for providing strategic direction, operational structure, and leadership across corporate and property-level IT teams.
The organization currently has several locations with their own IT teams, systems, and processes. The goal of this role is to create a more connected, standardized, and efficient IT function across the business. This person will lead corporate IT directly while providing oversight and direction to IT leaders and resources across multiple properties.
This is an executive-level opportunity for a hands-on, strategic IT leader who can assess the current environment, build alignment, improve communication, standardize practices, identify cost-saving opportunities, and help shape the future technology roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT strategy, operations, and standardization across corporate and multiple property locations.
- Provide leadership to corporate IT staff and oversight to property-level IT leaders and teams.
- Assess current IT systems, processes, tools, vendors, and support models across locations.
- Create a unified IT operating model across a decentralized environment.
- Improve communication, collaboration, and accountability between IT teams.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, vendor consolidation, system consolidation, and process improvement.
- Standardize IT policies, procedures, tools, and best practices across the organization.
- Partner with executive leadership to align IT strategy with business goals.
- Support corporate office, construction/development, hospitality, casino, and property operations through effective technology leadership.
- Evaluate future-state technology opportunities, including AI and infrastructure modernization.
- Provide guidance on IT staffing, team structure, vendor strategy, and future technology investments.
- Build trusted relationships with property leaders, corporate leadership, and technical teams.
- Ensure IT can scale effectively as the organization grows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in information technology.
- 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role.
- Experience leading IT teams across multiple sites, properties, business units, or regions.
- Strong background in IT operations, infrastructure, digital workplace, end-user support, corporate IT, or IT service management.
- Experience creating structure and standardization across decentralized IT environments.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing managers or distributed IT teams.
- Ability to assess current IT operations and create an actionable roadmap.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior leadership.
- Experience identifying cost savings, process improvements, vendor consolidation, or systems rationalization opportunities.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership.
- Must be able to work onsite in South Florida.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospitality, hotel, resort, casino, real estate development, property management, or construction-related industry experience.
- Experience supporting corporate plus property/location-based IT environments.
- Experience with business systems, ERP systems, or enterprise applications.
- Experience with IT service management, service desk, help desk, digital workplace, or end-user computing.
- Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled business or IT solutions.
- Experience with infrastructure modernization or data center-related initiatives.
- Experience working in privately held, founder-led, or entrepreneurial business environments.
