Job description

EY GDS Spain is seeking a Change Management Consultant with Italian for a hybrid role in Malaga. You will join the HR Transformation & Technology team, delivering change management initiatives to support transformations such as ERP/HCM implementations and digitalization.

Requirements

Required 1-3 years in change management, fluent Italian and English, and strong communication, PowerPoint/Excel skills. You will work with cross-functional teams on international projects.
