Job description

  • Ensure the stability, performance, and availability of business-critical applications
  • Lead application support, configuration, and ongoing optimisation initiatives
  • Manage incidents, changes, and problem resolution in line with ITIL best practices Work closely with internal teams and third-party providers to drive system improvements

  • Support data integrity, governance, and reporting requirements across the business
  • Manage and support integrations between applications, databases, and external systems.
  • Act as the technical owner for assigned business-critical applications.

Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced applications professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement., * Strong experience supporting and configuring enterprise or business-critical applications.

  • Understanding of application architecture, databases, APIs, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially change, incident, and problem management.
  • Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques (desirable).
  • Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
