Job description

Applications and Integrations Solutions Architect | up to £75,000 + 10% | Fully Remote My client are a public sector organisation who work in the Healthcare industry. They ensure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care. Get in touch if you are looking for your next opportunity! Responsibilities include:Design and assure scalable, secure, and resilient application and integration solutions, covering bespoke applications, SaaS platforms, and third-party servicesDefine and promote integration patterns and approaches (e.g. APIs, event-driven integration, messaging, batch, data synchronisation)Develop and assure roadmaps for application modernisation, integration platform adoption, and decommissioning of legacy systems.

Requirements

Experience:Significant experience designing and delivering application and integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.Strong knowledge of modern application architectures, including cloud-native, microservices, and modular monolith approaches.Proven experience designing and implementing integration solutions using APIs, messaging, event-driven architectures, and integration platforms.Experience working with SaaS products and integrating them with existing enterprise systems.Strong understanding of information security, identity, and access management.Experience with integration platforms and tooling (e.g. AIS, Mulesoft, API management, iPaaS, message brokers). Other beneficial knowledge would be-Experience working in regulated or public sector environments.-Familiarity with TOGAF or other architectural frameworks.-Knowledge of accessibility standards and user centred design principles as they apply to applications.
