HR Learning Systems Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)

About you:Essential Proven experience implementing or enhancing Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally Workday LearningExperience supporting HRIS, HCM, or learning system implementationsStrong understanding of learning content management, audience segmentation, compliance training, and system configurationExperience producing and maintaining reports and dashboardsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong project coordination and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience delivering system training and creating user documentationDesirableKnowledge of instructional design and adult learning principlesExperience creating e-learning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or CaptivateUnderstanding of compliance and regulatory learning requirementsKnowledge of digital learning trends and content curationExperience driving continuous improvement within HR or learning systems
