IT Solutions Engineer

At Focus Group, we’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to deliver hands-on installations and support for customers across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire. You’ll be the subject matter expert in your specialism - whether that’s networking, servers and storage, or cloud - leading projects, solving complex faults, and mentoring the engineers around you.

• Proven experience in an IT support and delivery role - ideally within an MSP setting

• Specialist knowledge in:
• Networking: (VLAN’s, Routing, Wireless, Ekahau, Meraki, SonicWall, Cisco, Aruba)
• Server & storage: (Windows Server, Storage, Hyper V, VMware, M365 & Azure)

• Cloud technologies: (M365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint)

• The confidence to lead projects and mentor colleagues

• A full, valid UK driving licence

• £40,000 salary

• Car allowance or company van

• Overtime available
