Head of Finance Systems and Business Intelligence

• Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive finance systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), data warehouses, and analytical tools to support organizational goals.
• Oversee the integration of advanced analytics platforms such as Tableau and machine learning models to improve financial insights and forecasting accuracy.
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure on platforms like AWS, ensuring scalable and secure data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and optimize database architectures using Oracle, Microsoft 365 Server, SBS, ERP Migration, and other financial systems.
• Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies.
• Provide leadership in training staff on new systems and analytical tools to maximize their effectiveness in financial decision-making.

• Extensive experience in managing finance systems within large organizations or complex environments.
• In-depth understanding of tactical solutions and data processing including use of AI, VBA, Access databases, PowerApps or similar
