Job description

Are you ready to take the next step in your design career?, We’re looking for a Web Designer to join our growing design department. You’ll be building and updating live client websites in Webflow, working closely with an experienced team, and developing your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You’ll be responsible for building client websites in Webflow, making changes to live client sites, and stepping into a full management role once fully trained. We provide a clear training plan to support your success: you’ll first gain confidence in our systems, client processes and design standards.

  • Make changes and updates to live client websites

Requirements

If you thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, enjoy leading and developing teams and have hands-on experience with Webflow, this opportunity is for you!, Your Background / Skills: Team Management, Web Design (Webflow), Client Website Builds, Website Updates, Project Tracking, KPI Management, Excellent Communication, Organised, Ambitious, Positive., * Ability to inspire creativity and maintain consistency

  • Strong understanding and practical experience using Webflow as a design platform
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and basic coding (HTML/CSS/JS) is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to build new websites and update live client sites confidently
  • Ability to track, monitor and report on KPIs effectively
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, including cross department collaboration
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality design outputs
  • Proactive, ambitious and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently, and keen to help bring new ones into the team

Your Experience / Background / Previous Roles May Include: Designer, Creative Lead, Web Designer, Digital Designer, Webflow Designer, UX/UI designer.
