visit through to system migrations, making sure every client transition is smooth, properly documented and fully supported.It’s a visible, client-facing role that’ll suit someone who likes taking ownership, enjoys getting stuck into technical problems, and brings a confident, consultative approach to the people side as well as the tech.Key Responsibilities* Leading the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients* Acting as an escalation point for complex 3rd line issues* Carrying out on-site client audits and technical assessments* Supporting the helpdesk with advanced troubleshooting and mentoring* Managing and monitoring client infrastructure across cloud and on-prem* Documenting systems, processes and technical insight for the wider team* Coordinating connectivity and VoIP setups with third-party providers* Contributing to process and policy improvements with a security-first mindsetKey Skills & Experience* A valid UK driving licence, and, happy to travel and stay overnight across
