Website Administrator

The Role: As a Website Administrator, you’ll be primarily responsible for uploading products to our website and writing engaging, informative copy that connects with our customers. You’ll work closely with our web team to ensure all listings are optimised, visually appealing, and in line with our brand tone.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Uploading new products to our website, ensuring listings are accurate, well-presented, and fully optimised
• Writing clear, engaging product descriptions with a consistent tone of voice
• Assisting with SEO by including relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and tags
• Supporting content creation for marketing campaigns across email, web, and social platforms
• Reviewing product listings regularly to improve content and enhance the customer journey
• Assisting with basic website updates and general marketing admin tasks as needed

The Ironworks is now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Website Administrator to join our growing digital team and help bring our products to life online., * A flair for writing with strong grammar and spelling skills

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• A basic understanding of e-commerce or an interest in digital retail
• Experience with Magento and Shopify is advantageous, but not essential
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles (helpful, but not required)
• Ability to manage workload independently and work to deadlines

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
