Job description

Operate and maintain high-availability virtualization environments, with a strong focus on Citrix Administer and optimize Microsoft-based server environments Manage Windows Server 2016-2022 Work with Microsoft technologies including Exchange, MS SQL, and related applications Troubleshoot, improve, and ensure the reliability of critical IT systems Collaborate closely with Managed Hosting, Network, and Data Center teams Occasionally support customer environments on-site when required

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in a comparable IT operations role Strong hands-on expertise with Citrix and high-availability virtualization Solid experience with Windows Server 2016-2022 Administration experience with Exchange, MS SQL, and Microsoft-based applications Completed IT-related vocational training German C1 and English B2 A proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have

PowerShell, Ansible, or SCCM experience Citrix certifications Experience with hosting or managed services environments Technical university degree Driver’s license for occasional customer visits
