improvements across our on-premise and cloud environments.Youâll be responsible for:Supporting and administering our UK infrastructure across servers, cloud platforms and networkingInvestigating and resolving complex 3rd line technical issuesDesigning and implementing proactive monitoring and alerting to prevent future incidentsManaging Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy and core infrastructure servicesSupporting our AWS and Azure cloud platforms as we continue to migrate services to the cloudWorking closely with internal IT teams and external technology partners to deliver infrastructure improvementsEnsuring all infrastructure changes meet security, compliance and governance standardsMaintaining clear technical documentation and automation scripts to improve operational efficiencyParticipating in an on-call rota and providing out-of-hours support during key retail trading periodsOur TechnologyYouâll gain exposure to a broad and evolving technology landscape
Requirements
