UX Designer - Mobile App, AWS Marketing Integrated Demand Center - Studio X - UX Team

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interactive design, or equivalent
• 5+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
• Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
• Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
• Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
• Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
• Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
• Demonstrated expertise in designing for AI and Generative AI experiences, and portfolio examples of AI powered interface design, including conversational and predictive AI experiences, * 3+ years of mass-market consumer web / mobile products experience
• Experience shipping innovative, successful consumer products
• Experience designing native mobile experiences (iOS, Android, and Kindle) and mobile-optimized websites
• Experience designing micro-animations, Lottie animation, and/or motion designs
• Experience creating user personas, journey maps, and behavioral archetypes to inform mobile design decisions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
