SAP S/4HANA RE-FX Functional Consultant

SGF Global is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA RE-FX Functional Consultant to support a Deloitte project focused on SAP Real Estate Management and Lease Accounting initiatives.This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure compliance with lease accounting standards, optimize financial processes, and support enterprise-wide SAP transformation efforts.Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and support SAP RE-FX solutions within SAP S/4HANA.
• Support lease accounting requirements aligned with IFRS 16 and ASC 842.
• Drive integration between SAP RE-FX and SAP Finance modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs.
• Support General Ledger optimization initiatives and financial process improvements.
• Participate in testing, issue resolution, and production support activities.
• Provide functional expertise related to SAP Intelligent Real Estate and Contract Lease Management (CLM).
• Assist with solution architecture and integration discussions across SAP applications.

• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• Strong expertise with SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management).
• Experience implementing and supporting Lease Accounting solutions.
• Knowledge of IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP Intelligent Real Estate and Contract Lease Management (CLM).
• Strong SAP Finance and General Ledger integration experience.
• Previous experience as a Functional Consultant, Lead Consultant, or SAP Architect.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise SAP transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and business-facing consulting skills.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP Finance initiatives., Do you have hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management)?
• Do you have experience implementing or supporting SAP RE-FX within an SAP S/4HANA environment?
• Do you have hands-on experience with SAP Lease Accounting solutions?
• Do you have experience with SAP Contract Lease Management (CLM) or SAP Intelligent Real Estate solutions?
• How many years of SAP experience do you have?

$90 - $130 an hour - Contract, * Primarily Remote
