Requirements

About the Job- We are looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX Functional Lead to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP RE-FX, SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments., * Strong experience in SAP RE-FX configuration and functional design.

Knowledge of lease contract lifecycle management, including lease creation, modifications, renewals, terminations, and payments.
Experience with IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting and compliance requirements.
Experience with SAP Contract Lease Management (CLM) and lease administration.
Strong integration experience with SAP FI/CO, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Asset Accounting (AA).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA RE-FX is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for Real Estate.
Experience with RE-FX master data, business partners, contracts, rental objects, properties, and organizational structures.
Experience with RE-FX integration with Financial Accounting and Controlling.
Knowledge of lease valuation, depreciation, interest calculation, and periodic postings.
Experience supporting data migration, functional specifications, testing, UAT, and deployment.
Ability to perform requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design.
Experience preparing functional documentation and working with technical/development teams.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
Strong hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA RE-FX and Real Estate processes.
Experience with end-to-end lease accounting and real estate contract management.
