- Be the Expert Guide: Assist customers via phone and email with pre-sales inquiries, helping them find the exact right parts and verifying vehicle fitment before they order.
- Solve Rider Dilemmas: Investigate and resolve customer technical support inquiries regarding product compatibility, installation questions, and specifications.
- Keep Data Clean: Collaborate with our product data team to report catalog or fitment discrepancies, ensuring our website stays as accurate as possible.
- Liaise with Brands: Communicate with our external suppliers and manufacturers to track down tough technical answers or report product defects.
- Improve the Ride: Bring your unique perspective as a rider to the table to help us improve our customer service processes and overall business workflows.
Requirements
Do you spend your weekends in the garage working on your bike, browsing parts catalogs, or out on the trails? If you love the powersports lifestyle, have solid mechanical knowledge, and enjoy helping others solve technical problems, this is your chance to turn your hobby into a rewarding, full-time career., * A True Powersports Enthusiast: You possess a strong baseline mechanical understanding of motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles. You know the difference between major brands (like Honda, Yamaha, Harley-Davidson, Polaris, Can-Am, and KTM) and understand how their parts fit together.
- Great Communicator: You are patient, friendly, and articulate. You can explain technical concepts clearly to a novice rider or talk shop with an experienced mechanic.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: You are highly proficient with computers and comfortable learning new, specialized order management systems and digital databases.
- Detail-Oriented: You have great organizational skills, respect data accuracy, and can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus Points: Any previous experience in retail, customer service, or the powersports industry is a plus, but a strong work ethic and a passion for the sport are what matter most.
