Job description

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company’s computer systems and networks. They will ensure that all systems are up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly. The Systems Administrator will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise and providing technical support to employees. Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure software and hardware.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
  • Manage network security and ensure data privacy.
  • Provide technical support to employees.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and networks.
  • Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery.
  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of network security and data privacy principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
