Job description
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company’s computer systems and networks. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as ensuring the security and integrity of the systems. The Systems Administrator will also be responsible for monitoring system performance and making recommendations for improvements., Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Ensure the security and integrity of the systems Manage user accounts and access control Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 3+ years of experience in systems administration Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
