Jr Hardware Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE); Master’s degree (MSEE) preferred
• 0-5 years of experience focused on high-speed digital and/or microprocessor design
• Proven familiarity with FPGA development, VHDL, and simulation tools
• Proficiency in C programming language
• Experience with schematic design and layout tools such as SolidWorks, OrCAD, Hyperlinks, and Allegro
• Strong documentation skills and keen attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with debugging microprocessor-based PCBs
• Knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP)
• Exposure to telecommunications hardware or systems
• Familiarity with security clearance processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Entry-level to mid-level engineers with a solid foundation in digital hardware design are encouraged to apply
• Prior internship or project experience in high-speed digital or telecommunication hardware is advantageous
