This role is ideal for someone with a background in IT support, networking, telecommunications, or electronic security systems who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues and helping both customers and field technicians succeed.
In this position, you’ll support the programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems including access control, video surveillance, and alarm communication systems. You’ll act as a key technical resource between customers, internal teams, and field technicians.

Experience with VMS platforms, cameras, recording servers, video analytics, and network-based security solutions is highly valued.
We can train our specific systems and platforms - what we need is someone who already understands networking fundamentals, device connectivity, and technical troubleshooting.

- Provide remote technical support to customers and field technicians
- Program and troubleshoot security systems including cameras, alarms, and access control platforms
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving device connectivity and communication failures
- Support installation and commissioning activities by assisting technicians with system setup and programming
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist with customer onboarding, system usage questions, and basic training
- Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate
- Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
- Support both external customers and internal teams with system issues
- Occasionally assist with onsite troubleshooting or training (minimal field work), If you enjoy solving technical problems, working with network-connected systems, and supporting both customers and technicians, we’d love to hear from you.
