Job description
Support organizational change management activities for a large-scale Finance Modernization program. This role will assist in executing change strategies, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes., Communications Support
- Assist in developing and executing program communications, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and updates
- Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely and consistent messaging
- Support creation of executive and stakeholder presentations
- Help manage distribution lists and communication channels
Training & Adoption Support
- Assist in development of training materials, including job aids, guides, and presentations
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and workshops
- Track training participation and completion metrics
- Support end users by providing basic guidance and resources
Stakeholder Engagement
- Support stakeholder mapping and tracking activities
- Help coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and engagement activities
- Document feedback and help track issues, concerns, and resistance points
Change Impact & Readiness
- Assist in conducting change impact assessments and documenting impacts to roles, processes, and systems
- Support tracking of organizational readiness metrics and activities
- Help monitor and report on adoption and engagement levels
Program Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain OCM trackers, including change logs, communication plans, and training schedules
- Support preparation of OCM status reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with program teams to ensure alignment of OCM activities with program milestones
- Ensure documentation is organized, up to date, and accessible
Requirements
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in communications and coordination, with an interest in supporting large transformation initiatives., * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field
- 2-5+ years of experience in change management, communications, training, or project coordination roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SharePoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Familiarity with: Change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)

Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting ERP implementations (SAP preferred) or transformation programs
