Job description

Responsible for designing and implementing robust software architectures; maintaining and enhancing legacy VB.NET and C# applications ensuring reliability and performance; integrating systems with third-party vendors, including API design and implementation; participating in cloud-based development and DevOps activities using Azure and Azure DevOps; installing, configuring, and managing Team Foundation Server (TFS); collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and services; leveraging a strong understanding of business administration and financial operations to align technical solutions with enterprise goals; performing advanced Microsoft SQL Server administration, high-level maintenance, development, and optimization tasks; utilizing and applying knowledge of VB.NET, Python, CSS, HTML, MSSQL, Bootstrap, GitLab, Power BI, Agile methodologies, C#, Rest APIs, SOAP, and Oracle to complete required tasks; contributing to front-end development using

Requirements

Experience must include three (3) years’ use of all the following: VB.NET, Python, CSS, HTML, MSSQL, Bootstrap, GitLab, Power BI, Agile methodologies, C#, Rest APIs, SOAP, and Oracle.

Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks; documenting technical solutions; participating in code reviews; contributing to continuous improvement; assisting in developing and maintaining CI/CD workflows; and supporting modernization efforts, including breaking down monolithic services into microservices.

Location: Rochester, Michigan and various undetermined worksites throughout the U.S.;

Salary: $124,800 per year

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

Experience: Three (3) years in the position above, as a Head of IT Department, as a Senior Net Developer, as a Solution Designer, as a Lead Software Developer, or in a related occupation;

Additional Requirements
