Job description

The Technology Innovation Specialist will play a key role in providing technical expertise, conducting technology assessments, and proposing innovative solutions in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. As a Technology Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing project management, providing expert guidance, and ensuring strategic alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce task execution and provide expertise to mid- and senior-level personnel on assigned projects

  • Conduct technology assessments, propose innovative solutions, and implement emerging tools and approaches in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology advancements to provide for agency data capabilities

  • Lead and oversee project/task management, providing expert guidance and ensuring strategic alignment

  • Provide innovation projects that appreciably enhance OSINT capabilities

Requirements

  • Junior : Bachelor s degree in a related business area with 3 years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 7 years of experience

  • Mid-level: Bachelor s degree in a related business area with 8 years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 10 years of experience

  • Senior : Master s degree in a related business area with 12 years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor s degree with 17 years of experience

  • Prior military or government analytical experience

  • Knowledgeable of and demonstrate ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Master’s degree desired.

Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
