Job description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Engineer to protect and maintain the organization’s systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing security measures, monitoring security systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and responding to security incidents., * Design, implement, and maintain security solutions and infrastructure

  • Monitor networks and systems for security breaches or suspicious activity
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
  • Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents
  • Configure and manage firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security tools
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve overall system security
  • Perform security audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities
  • Maintain documentation related to security procedures and incident responses

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vulnerability management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols
  • Experience with SIEM tools, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management
  • Knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, CySA+, or CISM
  • Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Understanding of incident response and threat intelligence
