Analyze and Design current and future state processes and identify appropriate gap analysis. Utilize facilitation and communication expertise to foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment in workflow design Conducts workflow observation to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Executes change management strategies leveraging ADKAR methodologies to ensure smooth transitions. Facilitates and identifies of resistance to change and develops strategies to address it.
