Reporting and Control Senior Analyst

• Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis.
• Post journal entries and complete account reconciliations.
• Track and report balance sheet KPIs.
• Support external audit and internal control reviews.
• Assist with tax, payroll, and insurance administration.
• Monitor receivables and coordinate cross-functional communication.
• Review intercompany invoices and internal allocations.
• Support corporate governance documentation and compliance.
• Identify process improvements through data and automation., * This role supports monthly close, reporting, planning, and analysis.

• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Background in reconciliations and journal entries.
• Knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and compliance.
• Experience supporting audits and statutory reporting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with Tagetik.
• Strong Excel modeling skills.
• Experience with IFRS reporting.
