Generative AI Developer

We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and cloud-native technologies. This individual will develop scalable, secure AI solutions, integrate enterprise data sources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption and business value. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, and expertise deploying solutions within Microsoft Azure environments.

This requirements profile is suitable for a Senior Generative AI Developer, AI Engineer, or Full-Stack Generative AI

Developer role supporting enterprise Copilot, hospital intelligence, finance AI, operational analytics, or broader AI

transformation initiatives.

Strong Python development experience, including APIs, microservices, and backend application development.

Hands-on experience with LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Phi).

Experience building RAG solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.

Expertise with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval platforms such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Azure AI Search, or FAISS.

Experience deploying AI applications in Azure, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, AKS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations. Experience with agentic AI development and multi-agent orchestration.

Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration patterns

Experience with model fine-tuning, customization, and evaluation pipelines.

Familiarity with AI observability tools such as LangSmith or PromptFlow.

Healthcare AI experience, including privacy, governance, safety, and Responsible AI practices
