Are you a DevOps engineer who enjoys solving difficult automation challenges, improving software delivery, and helping development teams adopt better processes?

We’re partnering with a well-established Northeast Ohio organization that is investing heavily in modernizing its software delivery platform. This is an opportunity to take ownership of enterprise DevOps initiatives, improve CI/CD pipelines, support source control modernization, and help shape engineering best practices across the organization.

This role is especially well suited for someone who has hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git migrations, C#/.NET build processes, and hybrid infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing- DevOps Engineer CI/CD Git Migration
  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise DevOps automation solutions
  • Build, improve, and own Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
  • Support the migration of source control from TFVC to Git
  • Create Git standards, branching strategies, and development workflows
  • Automate software builds and deployment processes for C#/.NET applications
  • Support Visual Studio build environments and release processes
  • Improve configuration management, deployment reliability, and release speed
  • Work closely with developers and infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery
  • Support Windows, Linux, on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
  • Evaluate new DevOps technologies and recommend improvements
  • Create technical documentation and train developers on Git and DevOps best practices

Requirements

What We’re Looking For- DevOps Engineer CI/CD Git Migration
  • 5+ years of DevOps, automation, configuration management, or related experience
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines
  • Experience migrating TFVC or another legacy source control platform to Git
  • Experience creating Git branching strategies such as Git Flow, trunk-based development, feature branches, or release branches
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines from the ground up
  • Experience improving existing pipelines for reliability, speed, automation, and release frequency
  • Hands-on experience supporting C#/.NET builds
  • Experience with Visual Studio build processes
  • Experience with modern .NET environments
  • MSIX packaging experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, YAML, or similar scripting tools
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, or similar automation technologies
  • Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments
  • Experience working with on-prem, Azure, or hybrid infrastructure
  • Ability to train developers, influence technical teams, and lead the adoption of new DevOps processes
