Sr. OT Cybersecurity Implementation Engineer - Secure File Transfer

Join a dynamic team driving secure, controlled file exchange across enterprise and OT environments where uptime, safety, and business continuity matter most. In this deployment-focused role, you ll lead the implementation and operationalization of secure file transfer and MFT solutions across multiple sites, partnering with cybersecurity, plant engineering, infrastructure, operations, and vendors. You ll help establish standards that reduce cyber risk while enabling critical business processes such as vendor updates, firmware transfers, and engineering changes. This is a strong opportunity to build expertise in industrial cybersecurity and contribute to innovative, large-scale transformation work., * Lead deployment and operationalization of secure file transfer / MFT solutions across manufacturing and operational sites

• Configure virtualized server appliances in line with engineering and security standards
• Support implementations across Enterprise, Industrial DMZ (iDMZ), and OT network zones
• Coordinate on-site installation and configuration with cross-functional teams
• Enable content inspection controls such as malware scanning, CDR, sandboxing, and file validation
• Serve as the technical liaison for secure file transfer capabilities across sites and vendors
• Develop deployment schedules, readiness assessments, and phased rollout plans
• Facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions
• Support logging, alerting, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts

• Experience leading or coordinating multi-stakeholder technical deployments
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Background in cybersecurity, infrastructure, industrial/manufacturing technology, or OT environments
• Ability to work on active manufacturing floors and meet site access requirements, * Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of enterprise networking, Windows Server, basic Linux, and virtualization
• Strong project coordination, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to travel approximately 50%

• Familiarity with segmentation, firewall rules, routing/switching, VLANs, DNS, and connectivity validation
• Linux, SQL, and virtualized appliance administration experience
• Familiarity with iDMZ, Purdue Model, IEC 62443, or NIST SP 800-82
• Security or networking certifications such as Security+, Network+, CCNA, GICSP, or CISSP
