Senior Mobile Developer

We are looking for a high-velocity Mobile Developer who believes the future of software development is AI-first - not AI-assisted. This is not a traditional development role.

We build, ship, test, and iterate daily. We use AI as a core engineering tool - not a novelty. We measure progress in working software, not tickets.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Use AI tools as a primary development accelerator
• Deliver working, production-ready mobile software daily
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and refactor
• Help shape AI-first mobile development standards and best practices
• Mentor and guide other engineers in AI-first workflows
• Advocate for automation across the SDLC
• Continuously improve velocity without sacrificing quality

• Use AI for architecture brainstorming
• Generate scaffolding and boilerplate rapidly
• Refactor and optimize with AI assistance
• Build test coverage with AI support
• Automate documentation and integration specs
• Think in prompts and system design patterns, * Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Expo
• Build responsive, performant, and intuitive mobile user interfaces
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services into mobile applications
• Implement reusable components and scalable mobile architecture
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, product managers, and backend engineers
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, standups, and code reviews
• Debug and troubleshoot mobile application issues efficiently
• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability
• Perform additional duties as assigned

We are looking for a senior-level Mobile Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in building modern mobile applications using React Native and Expo for iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into high-performing, scalable mobile applications., * 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong expertise in React Native, Expo, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience building and deploying production mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and responsive design
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API
• Familiarity with push notifications, authentication flows, and mobile security practices
• Experience working in Agile teams with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor.ai, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code
• Experience with EAS Build and Expo Application Services
• Experience with native mobile modules or bridging for iOS/Android
• Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks such as Jest, Detox, or React Native Testing Library
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployment
• Familiarity with role-based access control and secure coding practices
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders or in customer-facing development roles, * Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks
