Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flows, SOQL/SOSL Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and enterprise integrations (MuleSoft preferred) Knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling, Data Migration, ETL/ELT processes Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices Experience in Jira and Confluence On-Premises to Cloud migration Familiarity with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Devin) Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory) Roles & Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Experience Cloud. Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and Platform Events. Design data models, support data migration, and maintain data quality. Participate in Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and release management activities. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and Salesforce best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
