Data Scientist - INTL INDIA

Insight Global is seeking a Data Scientist to join a top global consulting firm. This firm delivers solutions through innovative management consulting, technology, and corporate & digital ventures. The Data Scientist will work on the firm’s Search team for an internal GenAI project. This role is local to India.

Day-to-Day

*Leverage strong expertise in Python-based data processing and ML ecosystems, including Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, Keras, and related libraries.

*Perform in-depth Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights; present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

*Apply advanced statistical methods, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques to enhance model accuracy and robustness.

*Implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, including hands-on work with large language models (LLMs) and modern generative frameworks.

*Integrate and deploy GenAI models into production environments, including APIs, pipelines, and enterprise applications.

*Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable data science solutions.

*Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

*2-4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related roles within an enterprise or consulting environment.

*Strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and machine learning.

*Proven expertise in EDA, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.

*Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

*Practical experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks, including implementation and integration of LLM-based solutions.

*Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms.
