Requirements

Strong Manual Testing experience is required.
Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.
Experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) is required.
Experience with Investran 7.3 or FIS Private Capital Suite is highly preferred., We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to lead manual testing efforts for enterprise financial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing, test planning, defect management, and test execution, along with experience using Azure DevOps (ADO). Knowledge of Selenium and Playwright is required to support automation initiatives, while prior experience with Investran 7.3 or FIS Private Capital Suite will be a significant advantage., * Strong experience as a Test Lead or Senior QA Lead in enterprise environments.
Extensive hands-on experience with Manual Testing, including test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and test reporting.
Financial Services industry experience is mandatory.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, defect tracking, and Agile project support.
Working knowledge of Selenium and Playwright automation frameworks.
Experience creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test strategies.
Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to lead QA activities and coordinate with development, business, and project teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Investran 7.3.
Experience with FIS Private Capital Suite.
Exposure to test automation frameworks and automation strategy.
Experience supporting enterprise financial or investment management applications.
