Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead to lead testing activities for enterprise applications with a strong focus on Test Automation, Selenium, and Java. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing automation frameworks, leading QA teams, and delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and testing processes.
• Lead and mentor the QA team in executing manual and automated testing activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Track, prioritize, and report software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for continuous process improvements.
• Stay current with emerging test automation tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience with TestNG or JUnit.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API testing (Postman or Rest Assured).
• Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
