Enterprise Cloud Team Scrum Master - SM 26

This role supports cloud technology initiatives by coordinating Agile project activities, managing Scrum practices, and facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. The position contributes to successful delivery of cloud-related projects by tracking progress, maintaining documentation, supporting requirements analysis, and ensuring project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met., * Support Agile project management activities for cloud initiatives and operational work

• Coordinate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
• Monitor sprint progress and track work completion, dependencies, service requests, and milestones using project management tools
• Identify and escalate risks, impediments, and issues impacting timelines or deliverables
• Collaborate with cloud leadership to prioritize operational requests, maintenance, and service improvement initiatives
• Work closely with cloud engineers, architects, operations teams, vendors, and stakeholders to document scope, requirements, and deliverables
• Assist with business analysis and prepare documentation for implementation and change management
• Maintain project artifacts such as status reports, risk logs, dashboards, and operational metrics
• Prepare updates, presentations, and reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Facilitate communication across Cloud Operations, Engineering, and Architecture teams
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and communicate updates and timeline changes
• Maintain working knowledge of cloud technologies, Agile practices, and collaboration tools

• 10+ years of experience supporting Agile project management, Scrum delivery, or operational coordination
• Hands-on experience with project management, ticketing, collaboration, or work tracking tools
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to guide teams on Agile principles, values, and best practices

• $114,000-171,000 per year, + $91,800-137,600 per year
