• Strong Belgian automotive market credibility and experience with automotive technology or SaaS solutions. A recognised track record and strong relationship-based credibility within the automotive ecosystem, with dealers, dealer groups, importers or automotive service providers.
• Commercial leadership, customer trust and retention mindset. Senior-level entrepreneurship and business leadership with the ability to sharpen the value proposition, improve revenue performance and turn customer insights into growth opportunities and strong communication.
• Local operational leadership and change management capability. Experience in transformation, turnaround or change management environments. A constructive and pragmatic leader who can define direction, align teams, clarify responsibilities and create a strong sense of common purpose.
• Ability to operate within an international group structure. A leader who understands local market realities - including dealership operations and the specific expectations of Belgian customers - while successfully aligning local priorities with the broader group strategy.

The role requires fluency in English, French and Dutch and regular travel within Belgium and across Europe. It also calls for an understanding of the logic of automotive systems and dealership processes: Dealer Management Systems, stock management, vehicle publication, pricing tools, trade-in processes, remarketing, integrations, data quality and dealership workflows.
